Users may also submit customer information including names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment details, communication records, notes, transcripts, recordings, scheduling information, and other business-related information required for automation and communication workflows.

Khyra AI uses information to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and support the Services. Information may be used to manage accounts, process subscriptions, facilitate communications, schedule appointments, automate workflows, provide customer support, detect fraud, investigate security incidents, and comply with legal obligations.

When users connect their Google Calendar using Google's OAuth authorization process, Khyra AI uses Google Calendar data solely to create, update, synchronize, and manage appointments requested by the user. Google Calendar data is accessed only after the user grants explicit permission and is used exclusively to provide the requested scheduling functionality.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Khyra AI uses artificial intelligence technologies, natural language processing, and automation tools to provide voice conversations, transcription, appointment scheduling assistance, workflow automation, and communication management. Google Calendar data accessed through authorized Google APIs is processed only as necessary to provide appointment scheduling and synchronization requested by the user. Google Workspace user data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

4. Third-Party Services

To provide the Services, Khyra AI works with trusted third-party providers including Google Calendar APIs, cloud hosting providers, telephony providers, messaging providers, payment processors, and artificial intelligence providers such as Groq where required to deliver the requested functionality.

Khyra AI does not sell personal information.

5. Google API Services

When you connect your Google account, Khyra AI accesses Google Calendar information only after you authorize access through Google's OAuth consent process. Depending on the permissions granted, this information may include: • Calendar identifiers • Calendar names • Appointment titles • Appointment descriptions • Appointment start and end times • Time zone information • Attendee information (where applicable) • Calendar metadata required for synchronization Khyra AI accesses only the Google Calendar data necessary to provide appointment scheduling and synchronization features requested by the user. Khyra AI does not sell Google user data. Raw Google Calendar data and aggregated or anonymized data derived from Google Calendar are shared only with service providers strictly necessary to provide the Services requested by the user. Such data is never shared for advertising purposes or for developing, improving, or training generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

6. OAuth Credentials

OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are securely stored solely to maintain authorized access to the user's connected Google Calendar. These credentials are encrypted where appropriate, are never sold, and are never shared except as necessary to provide the Services requested by the user.

7. Google API Services User Data

Khyra AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Workspace user data is never sold or transferred for the purpose of developing, improving, or training generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

8. Communications and Recordings

Certain Services may involve call recording, transcription, voice processing, conversation analysis, AI-generated summaries, and related communication features. Users are responsible for obtaining any notices, permissions, or consents required under applicable laws before using such functionality.

9. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable measures to securely delete or anonymize it. Users may disconnect their Google Calendar at any time through their Google Account settings or within the Khyra AI application. Upon disconnection, Khyra AI will no longer access the connected calendar except as required to complete pending operations or comply with legal obligations.

10. Data Security

Khyra AI implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. User Rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights relating to their personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing activities. Requests may be submitted using the contact information below. Users may revoke Google Calendar access at any time through their Google Account permissions.

12. International Transfers

Information may be processed or stored in jurisdictions outside your country of residence where our infrastructure providers and service providers operate. Appropriate safeguards are implemented where required.

13. Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
